Jesus mothafuckin cristo! I need a jorb. I have had the hardest time, and it sucks. I have an appt with DESTINY tomorrow to see what she can find for me. And A has been layin on the pressure. I totally understand. It is getting depressing. And my doctor is resigning! No more pills from Dr. B! Have to find another source.
Today I did 120 leg presses in physical therapy! In 3 minutes! That was the most ever. Course Karlin wants to increase the tension so it is more difficult. OH BOY!
Anywho!! Ninee, the BIGTIME Whinee, won't keep his stinky trap shut! He just barks and barks....
I made a nice casserole today! Eggs, sausage, onions, tomatos, herbs, and cheese, lots of cheese, and hashbrowns.
I was alos able to fit into some jeans yesterday that I recently had troubles getting into... Lost another 2 lbs, that is GREAT! I am not seeing tons of results, but they are coming slowly but surely. I have decided that even when I am done with the phys therapy, I will continue working out (not like last year). And now that I will be skating once to twice a week, that will help too.
My hip hurts quite a bit after skating yesterday, and that was the first time I've skated in many months. So, it's gonna burn some, but this is lingering. Kvetch, Kvetch, Kvetch!
Anyways, I remember being in phys therapy a year ago, and continue to wonder how I would look and feel if I had kept up my exercises since then. So, on a more long term goal, I hope by next year at this time, I will have she a good 50 lbs. This is a reasonable goal too. Working out at least 3 times a week, and skating 1-2 times per week, should make this accomplishable. If I could loose 10 pounds a month, wowser! That would be it! OOOH so by my birthday, I could loose the 50 pounds. Is that pushing it??? Hmmm. I guess my body will tell me.
Well, off to redo my resume. Huh- that is a funny word: resume. Like you are resuming your place at work.
